Intended Use/Abuse:
  • CHOC VEGAN CAKE MIX is a mix that requires only the addition of water and oil. Specially formulated for Vegans.

Method

Place all ingredients except Vegetable Oil into the mixing bowl. Blend together on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. Add Oil slowly over 1 minute on slow speed. Scale 450g into Madeira cake tins. Bake at 180ºC until baked through ±55 minutes. For muffins: scale 60g into papered muffin tins, score muffin with a pallet knife (dipped into oil) and bake for ±30 minutes. Chockex Nibs can be added (10% to batter weight).
