- Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl.
- Using a flat beater blend on slow speed for 2 minutes and scrape down.
- Then mix for another 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Deposit 600g of batter into round tins.
- Bake at 180ºC for ±45 minutes or until baked.
