Place all ingredients into mixing bowl. Using a flat beater, mix for 2 minutes on slow speed to blend the ingredients. Mix for another 4 minutes on medium speed. Scale ±50g King Cake Mix batter into muffin cups. Bake at ±200˚C for 15-20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

TOPPING (kg)

  1. Scale 0.900 Mallowhip (whipped).
  2. 0.015 Mallowhip for each cupcake (Colour Mallowhip using 0.005 Bakels Colour Powder).
  3. Decorate as Easter characters or as desired.
