- Place Bakels Queenie Cupcake Mix, water and oil into a mixing bowl and blend on slow speed to disperse powders.
- Stop the mixer and scrape down.
- Mix using a flat beater for 6 minutes on medium speed.
- Scale 50g mixture into greased or papered muffin tins.
- Bake at ±180ºC for 25 - 30 minutes until well baked.
- Allow to cool and then decorate each cupcake with 35g Orley Premium Caramel and mini-Easter eggs or
as desired.
