  1. Place Bakels Queenie Cupcake Mix, water and oil into a mixing bowl and blend on slow speed to disperse powders.
  2. Stop the mixer and scrape down.
  3. Mix using a flat beater for 6 minutes on medium speed.
  4. Scale 50g mixture into greased or papered muffin tins.
  5. Bake at ±180ºC for 25 - 30 minutes until well baked.
  6. Allow to cool and then decorate each cupcake with 35g Orley Premium Caramel and mini-Easter eggs or
    as desired.
