A hub for application development and an ideal space for sharing of expertise and knowledge to our diverse variety of customers within the region. It is fully equipped with deck and rack ovens, different kinds of mixers, dough dividers, blast freezer, walk-in chiller and freezer and other bakery facilities to suit customer requirements. Â With 8 working stations, the baking centre allows for an intimate 16 person hands-on workshop and up to a comfortable 40 person baking demonstration.
The Baking Centre is connected to the Bakels Suite, a large conference room with ceiling to floor glass that allows full view of the Baking Centre. Equipped with latest audio-visual and video conferencing equipment, it is built to cater to large trainings and discussions with customers and visitors.

Training and Support
Our partnership with customers goes further than just products. Our Baking Centres provide facilities for customers to both train their staff prior to product launches and offers guidance and support post-launch.
