  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Mix on a slow speed until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
  3. Line a baking tray with silicone paper to prevent sticking.
  4. Using a small scoop or your hands, portion the dough into 30g round balls.
  5. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared tray.
  6. Gently press each dough ball flat with your hand or the back of a spoon, creating a disk shape.
  7. Brush the tops of the flattened dough balls with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
  8. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
