- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Mix on a slow speed until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
- Line a baking tray with silicone paper to prevent sticking.
- Using a small scoop or your hands, portion the dough into 30g round balls.
- Place them evenly spaced on the prepared tray.
- Gently press each dough ball flat with your hand or the back of a spoon, creating a disk shape.
- Brush the tops of the flattened dough balls with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
