  1. Place eggs and water into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add Coastal Sponge Mix and blend well.
  3. Whisk on fast speed for 8 – 10 minutes.
  4. Scale 460g of batter into each cake tin.
  5. Bake at 180ºC for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Remove cakes from the oven and allow them to cool.
  7. Cut cakes into 3 layers each.
  8. Spread the bottom layers of each cake with 50g of Bakels One Spread and then with 70g of whipped Bakels Delight. Repeat this with the second layers.
  9.  Place the third layers on top of each cake and cover the cakes in 300g of whipped Bakels Delight.
  10. Put the cakes in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  11. Remove from the fridge and cover each cake with 400g Bakels One Spread.
  12. Decorate as desired.
