- Place eggs and water into a mixing bowl.
- Add Coastal Sponge Mix and blend well.
- Whisk on fast speed for 8 – 10 minutes.
- Scale 460g of batter into each cake tin.
- Bake at 180ºC for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove cakes from the oven and allow them to cool.
- Cut cakes into 3 layers each.
- Spread the bottom layers of each cake with 50g of Bakels One Spread and then with 70g of whipped Bakels Delight. Repeat this with the second layers.
- Â Place the third layers on top of each cake and cover the cakes in 300g of whipped Bakels Delight.
- Put the cakes in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from the fridge and cover each cake with 400g Bakels One Spread.
- Decorate as desired.
