South Bakels Banana Loaf is a cake-like bread that is made using Pettina Cake Mix. It is a “quick bread” which means it uses very few ingredients, so it is ready to bake right away. - Bakels Pettina Cake Mix 1000gr
- Eggs 350ml
- Vegetable oil 250ml
- Peeled, chopped bananas 500gr
Place all ingredients except bananas into mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed for 5 minutes. Add bananas and mix for 1 min on med speed. Scale into half loaf tin. Bake at 180oC for ± 25-30 minutes.
