Bakers Whip™
Overview
Bakers Whip is an off-white to cream odourless product with a sweet cream taste. It is manufactured by controlled process to produce stable oil in water emulsion.
To prepare, air is introduced into the product by whisking in a cool container in a cool atmosphere. 1litre when whipped gives approximately 3 litres of ready-to-use topping. The product is used for baking, desserts and toppings.
INTENDED USE/ABUSE:
- Not suitable for consumers suffering with coeliac disease or other Gluten related allergies.
- Damaged packaging can result in product contamination. Prevent exposure to air or strong vapour to maintain organoleptic and sensory properties of the product.
