  1. Place eggs and water into mixing bowl. Add Bakels Pettina Instant Sponge Mix and blend on slow speed until powders are evenly dispersed.
  2. Whisk on high speed for ±8 minutes.
  3. Prepare sponge tins and baking sheets with Bakels Tinglide and fill no more than ¾ full. Bake at 190°C for ±20 minutes depending on oven.
  4. When sponges are cool, cut into desired shape and required number of layers.
  5. Fill layers and enrobe cake with Bakels Delight Gold.
  6. Decorate with festive toppings and decorations.
