Ebony Moist Choc Cake
(Recipe makes 6 cakes)
Total Weight: 3.800
- Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl.
- Using a flat beater blend on slow speed for 2 minutes and scrape down.
- Then mix for another 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Deposit 600g of batter into a bundt tin prepared with Tinglide.
- Bake at 180ºC for ±45 minutes or until baked.
Decorate with Bakels Choc Wet Fondant and Bakels Mini Bingos.
