Place all ingredients except Vegetable Oil into the mixing bowl. Blend together on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add Vegetable Oil slowly over 1 minute on slow speed. Blend in fruit and other additives on slow speed. Fill (two thirds full) into greased or papered muffin tins. Bake at ±200ºC until baked through ±15 minutes. This is a sweet muffin to which other ingredients may be added.
