- Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix on slow speed.
- Turn mixer off and scrape down.
- Mix for a further ±1-2 minutes on medium speed until all ingredients are well combined.
- Divide and shape into Christmas tree / triangle shaped cake pops.
- To secure the stick, dip the tip into melted Chockex and insert the tip of the stick into the cake pop.
- Dip the cake pops into melted Chockex or Orley Chocolate (Dark, Milk and White).
- Decorate as desired for the festive season.
