- Place all ingredients from Group I into the mixing bowl.
- Beat with a flat beater until nice and fluffy.
- Line baking tray with silicon paper.
- Place mixture in a piping bag and using a star or round nozzle, pipe desired shapes and sizes onto the silicon paper.
- Bake at 180˚C for 12 - 15 minutes.
- Decorate as desired using Christmas coloured fondant icing, melted Chockex and Christmas decorations.
