Method

Bring water to the boil. Add LEAMINGTON DIP CHOCOLATE and stir until fully dissolved. Leave to cool slightly. Dip squares of sponge (7cm x 7cm) into the flavoured syrup. Roll in desiccated coconut. The Leamington squares may be sold as they are or sliced and filled with fresh cream.

Usage

1-part LEAMINGTON DIP - CHOCOLATE to 1-part water.
