Method

Place all the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix for a further 2 minutes. Prepare a baking tray with SILICONE RELEASE PAPER. Spread BROWNIE MIX onto the paper. Bake at ±190ºC. When cool, coat top with chocolate fudge or chocolate fondant. Cut into oblong pieces.
