Method

Ensure that the margarine is soft or melted. Place both the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Blend until the margarine is dispersed through the mix. Press firmly into an ungreased baking tray, finish off with a rolling pin. Bake at ±160°C. Allow to cool slightly before cutting. Yields one standard size baking tray.

NOTE: If the product is fragile or crumbly, this can be overcome by ensuring that the mix is pressed firmly into the baking tray.
